Tomato Salad

Don’t lose any of that garden fresh flavor.  Keep it simple.

Tomato Salad

a rainbow blend of cherry tomatoes, halved
black plum tomatoes, quartered
1 red pepper, diced
extra virgin olive oil
baby basil leaves
a touch of crushed red pepper flakes
freshly ground black pepper
fine sea salt

In a small bowl, toss it all together gently.  Add red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to taste.

Serve immediately with crusty rustic bread.
